Robert E. Hubbartt, 64, of Effingham and Mattoon, IL, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in St. Elmo, IL. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
